Supported Web Conference Platforms

When engaging Delphix Customer Support, a web conference may be required for general conversation or remote access to customer systems for diagnosis.  This remote access may also require sharing clipboard information, recording the session, or taking remote control of a customer application or desktop.

Delphix has evaluated and only provides support for the following Web Conferencing platforms:

  • Cisco WebEx
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams

Delphix Customer Support employees are unable to participate in meetings on any other vendor platforms outside of those listed above.
