KBA1546 How to handle the error "Unable to mount directory /mnt/provision/nextup" on Solaris systems

The following error is reported during virtual database (VDB) startup:

"Unable to mount directory /mnt/provision/nextup"
Cause: Unable to mount directory: ERROR_CODE 111
ERROR: Mount point /mnt/provision/nextup is not empty!

This is likely caused by upgrading the Solaris OS. The current workaround for this error is to change the symbolic link for /bin/sh. This can be accomplished by running the following commands into the Solaris terminal:

# cd /bin
# rm sh
# ln -s /usr/sunos/bin/sh sh

After starting the VDB, revert the symbolic link back to point to the original sh file.
