Issue
The masking engine failed to connect to the database due to an invalid username or password.
Resolution
In the masking UI, open the Environment and then the Connector page and select the connector for this masking job. Use the Test Connector at the bottom of the screen.
Please verify that:
- SID is correct.
- Username is correct.
- Use SQLPlus and test the username and password for this database.
- Re-enter the password on the connector page.
If there are any errors above that can't be resolved you might need to contact your DBA.
