Resolution

Adding the environment requires the customer to change the name of the Oracle cluster database returned by the command: srvctl config database so that there are not any duplicates with other environments already discovered in the Delphix engine.

Troubleshooting

The warning returned is the same for both Oracle non-RAC and RAC databases.
However, for RAC databases we check that the Oracle cluster database is unique. For single instances, we do check that against db_unique_name.
The shell command: srvctl config database can be used to check the Oracle cluster database name in Oracle RAC databases.
The sql command: SQL> show parameter uniq can be used to check the DB_UNIQUE_NAME in Oracle single instances.
