Issue
During AppsTier source SnapSync, the job may fail with the following signature:

Resolution
This behavior may be encountered if "Edit session" is enabled in domain for Weblogic Console. As a result, adpreclone.pl will not complete successfully.
To resolve this behavior, an admin user must login to the WLS console and select Release Configuration.
As a result, the domain should be indicated in Lock & Edit mode.
The subsequent SnapSync attempt should be successful.
