Issue
When refreshing a Windows target environment the following error is displayed:
Troubleshooting
This spurious error message is reported when the environment user credentials are invalid. The username/password can be validated by editing the Environment User credentials in the Environment page. If the username/password combination is invalid, the same java.io.EOFException is reported.
Resolution
Enter the correct credentials for the Windows Environment user, and then refresh the Environment again. If the username/password are correct, the Environment refresh should complete successfully. If other errors are encountered, the indicated actions should then be taken or further investigated.
