Issue
The password provided was NULL and access to the database (usually when a masking job has been started) has been denied.
Resolution
In the Continuous Compliance Engine user interface: Masking Connector, update the password, and Test Connection to verify it is working.
Troubleshooting
Three suggestions for troubleshooting:
- Navigate to the Connector in the Continuous Compliance Engine user interface, and then click Test Connection.
- Open a terminal and try connecting using
sqlplus
. - Verify if there are any other error messages raised at the same time in the logs.
